Published in Halloween Remains: A Post Halloween Charity Anthology

To end an incredible publishing streak in October, I’m happy to announce that I have two stories featured in Halloween Remains: A Post Halloween Charity Anthology, which you can now buy for a whopping $0.99 on Amazon.

This publication is actually a little bittersweet as my story “Undying Island” was originally featured in The Sirens Call Issue 65 and my story “Cursed Flesh” was set to be published in The Sirens Call Issue 67. Unfortunately, Sirens Call Publications recently announced that they have shut down operations and ALL issues of the zine are no longer available.

The silver lining is that all stories featured in their previous 66 issues revert back to the writers as unpublished, meaning we are all free to submit those stories elsewhere. After talking with some of the folks who were supposed to be in the newest issue (as well as some who were in past issues), author L. Stephenson thought it would be a cool idea to put out a small anthology featuring some of our work from Sirens. I suggested we make it a charity anthology and he agreed that would be best. So all proceeds from this book will go to cancer research.

So despite Sirens shutting down, at least people can read our stories and the money goes to a good cause.
